TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of i40truckparts.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from i40 Truck Parts. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products, pricing, and errors

We work to keep listings, pricing, and availability accurate. If a product is listed with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order and will promptly refund any amount charged. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you with your options.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Cancellation policy

Standard orders: contact customer service as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours incur no fees; after 24 hours, a restocking fee may apply depending on processing stage.

Custom orders / special requests: may require a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours, after which the deposit may be retained.

Freight / oversize orders: may carry specific cancellation terms; contact customer service promptly. Cancellations may result in charges, especially once the shipment is in transit.

Free-shipping orders: no additional charges for cancellations before shipment; orders canceled after shipment may incur the shipping charges.

Canada and international orders: cancellation requests within 24 hours; after 24 hours, additional charges may apply.

Damaged shipments: report within 24–48 hours of delivery; related cancellations are coordinated with customer service. Refused shipments: contact us before refusing; refused shipments may incur return and initial shipping charges, deducted from the refund.

4. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy; returns by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy (RGA required, 20% restocking cap); and product coverage by our 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on the new parts we sell. Each policy is posted on the Site and incorporated into these Terms.

5. Fitment responsibility

Verifying fitment is a shared effort: we offer free fitment verification before purchase, and information you provide (VIN, year/make/model, part numbers) must be accurate for our confirmation to be reliable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, or internal business purchasing purposes. Automated access — including scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk downloading of catalog data, pricing, or images — is prohibited except as described in our Legal Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, product data compilations, images, logos, and design) are owned by or licensed to i40 Truck Parts and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used for identification purposes only.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in our warranty, the Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, i40 Truck Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including downtime, lost profits, or towing/labor charges; our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold i40 Truck Parts harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts serving Buncombe County, North Carolina.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page and applies to orders placed after posting.
