At i40 Truck Parts, we recognize that circumstances may lead to reconsidering your purchase. Please review our cancellation policy for various purchase options:
Standard Orders:
- Contact customer service ASAP for standard order cancellations.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur no fees.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may have a restocking fee based on processing.
Custom Orders or Special Requests:
- Custom orders may have a non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation requests within 24 hours, after which the deposit may be retained.
Freight/Oversize Shipments:
- Freight/oversize orders may have specific cancellation terms.
- Contact customer service promptly for freight/oversize order cancellations.
- Cancellation requests may result in charges, especially if in transit.
Free Shipping Promotions:
- Orders with free shipping may incur charges upon cancellation after shipment.
- No additional charges for cancellations before shipment.
Canada and International Shipments:
- Cancellation requests within 24 hours for Canada and international shipments.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may have additional charges.
Damaged Shipments:
- Report damaged shipments within 24-48 hours.
- Cancellation related to damaged shipments coordinated with customer service.
Refused Shipments:
- Contact us before refusing a shipment to arrange refusal.
- Refused shipments may incur return and initial shipping charges, deducted from the refund.
