30-Day Hassle-Free" Return Policy

At i40 Truck Parts, we understand that situations arise, and we've crafted a customer-friendly return policy to accommodate your needs. Here are the key points:

  • All products, except special orders, are eligible for return for any reason within 30 days from the original invoice date.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling.
  • You have 7 business days, starting from the day the return label is sent, to drop off the return at the specified carrier. Returns not dropped off within this timeframe will be considered void, and the item will be returned to the customer.

How to Initiate a Return with i40 Truck Parts:

  1. All returns must be assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) in advance. Obtain an RGA by visiting our website or emailing returns@i40truckparts.com.
  2. You will receive an RGA, a prepaid shipping label, and detailed instructions to expedite the return process.
  3. Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier. We'll take care of the rest!

Return Authorization Number (RGA):

  • An RGA is a unique tracking number assigned to your return for internal tracking purposes. Example: R123456789.

Credit Calculation:

  • i40 Truck Parts will issue a credit for the full part price, less the original outbound freight charge and the cost of the prepaid return label.
  • The total of these credit deductions will not exceed 20% of the returned part's price.

Refund Process:

  • Your credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping the return using our provided label.
  • Once issued, it may take 48-72 business hours to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

Correct Part Repurchase:

  • If you repurchase the correct part during the return, i40 Truck Parts will eliminate all deductions and credit you the full amount, including freight and handling charges if applicable.

Errors Made by i40 Truck Parts:

  • In case of errors made by i40 Truck Parts or our supplier/partner, a full credit for the order amount (part price + Tax + any freight/handling) will be issued, and a prepaid return label will be provided free of charge.

Return Limitations:

  • Special order items are non-returnable.
  • All other items may be returned within 30 days, with sales becoming final after this period.
  • Returned products must be new, in salable condition, and in the original packaging. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.

International Returns:

  • Returns are not eligible for international customers other than Canada unless the mistake is on our side.

Late Returns:

  • If returns are not dropped off within the 7-business day timeframe, the return is considered void, and the item will be returned to the customer.
