SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: In-stock orders placed before 6:00 PM ET are processed the same business day. Some products require 24–48 hours of processing depending on the item. Transit times below are carrier estimates and begin after processing.

Estimated shipping times

  • Small Package Saver: 3–7 business days (items under 10 lb; most FREE SHIPPING items use this service).
  • Ground: 1–6 business days (UPS primary, occasionally FedEx).
  • Second Day Air: 2–3 business days (contact our sales department).
  • Next Day Air: 1–2 business days (contact our sales department).
  • Canada: 1–6 business days (transit may vary due to customs; Ground shipments only).
  • Large Package Rate: 3–5 business days (residential deliveries; the carrier may call to schedule).
  • Will Call (customer pickup): must be requested by phone; no shipping or handling charges.

Freight / oversize shipments

Freight/LTL quotes are based on delivery to commercial addresses with official business hours. Non-commercial addresses may require additional fees.

Free shipping promotions

Free-shipping promotions ship via USPS or UPS with a 3–7 business day transit time and are valid in the contiguous 48 United States.

Canada and international shipments

Canada shipments are Ground only; Canadian recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and other charges. For all other international destinations, contact support@i40truckparts.com for a custom shipping quote; customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and charges.

Damaged shipments

Report damage within 24–48 hours of delivery by calling +1 (877) 898-0632 or emailing us. Please do not contact the manufacturer; we handle the claim for you.

Refused shipments

Contact us before refusing a shipment. Refused shipments may incur return shipping charges and the initial shipping charges, which are deducted from the refund.

Out-of-stock items

We strive to keep listed items in stock. If an item is temporarily unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly with your options.
