Estimated Shipping Times: Please note that transit times are estimates from the start and exclude processing time (24 to 48 hours, product-dependent).

  • Small Package Saver: 3 to 7 business days (under 10 pounds, mostly for FREE SHIPPING items).
  • Ground: 1 to 6 business days (UPS primary, occasionally FedEx).
  • Second Day Air: 2 to 3 business days (contact sales department).
  • Next Day Air: 1 to 2 business days (contact sales department).
  • Canada: 1-6 business days (transit time may vary due to customs).
  • Large Package Rate: 3-5 business days (residential deliveries, carrier may contact for scheduling).
  • Will Call (Customer Pick Up): Must be requested over the phone; no shipping or handling charges.

Shipping for Freight/Oversize Shipments:

  • Freight/LTL shipping quotes are for commercial addresses; non-commercial may have additional fees.

Free Shipping Promotions:

  • Applies to USPS or UPS with a 3 to 7 day transit time.
  • Valid for contiguous 48 United States.

Canada Shipments:

  • Applicable for Ground Shipments Only.
  • Canadian recipients responsible for duties, taxes, and charges.

International Shipments:

Damaged Shipments:

  • Report damages within 24-48 hours; contact us at +1 (828) 882-9190. Do not contact the manufacturer.

Refused Shipments:

  • You can refuse a shipment but contact us first; incurs return and initial shipping charges.

Out of Stock:

  • We strive to have listed items in stock; if temporarily out, you'll be notified with options.
