Return any product (except special orders) for any reason within 30 days of your invoice date. We send a prepaid label — credits process within 3–5 business days of the return shipping.

Use our prepaid label
We email your RGA, a prepaid return label, and instructions. Drop the package at the designated carrier within 7 business days — new, uninstalled, in original packaging.
Get your credit
Credit processes within 3–5 business days of the return shipping on our label, then 48–72 hours to your statement depending on your bank.

Return policy at a glance
- Any product except special orders may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date; sales are final after that.
- A valid RGA number issued in advance is required, and we provide a prepaid return label.
- Items must be new, uninstalled, and in original packaging; installed or modified products cannot be accepted.
- A 20% restocking fee applies — total deductions (outbound freight + return label) never exceed 20% of the part price.
- Deductions are waived entirely if you repurchase the correct part, or if the error was ours.
- Drop off within 7 business days of the label being sent, or the return is void.
- International returns (outside Canada) only when the mistake is ours.
