Damaged shipments
Report damage within 24–48 hours of delivery. Cancellation requests related to damaged shipments are coordinated with our customer service team — call or email and we’ll take it from there.
Refused shipments
You may refuse a shipment, but please contact us in advance. Refused shipments can incur return shipping charges and the initial shipping charges, which are deducted from the refund.
