FREIGHT/OVERSIZE SHIPMENTS: For larger shipments, our Freight/LTL shipping quotes are based on delivery to commercial addresses with official business hours. Non-commercial addresses may require additional fees.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS: Enjoy free shipping promotions that apply to USPS or UPS with a 3 to 7 day transit time. Valid for the contiguous 48 United States.
CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: For our Canadian and international customers, we offer dedicated services. Please contact us at support@i40truckparts.com for a custom shipping quote. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other charges.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: In the unfortunate event of a damaged shipment, report it within 24-48 hours. Cancellation requests related to damaged shipments should be coordinated with our customer service department.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: You can refuse a shipment, but please contact us in advance. Refused shipments may incur return shipping charges and initial shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund.
